You obviously know nothing about SQA or never would have posted that message.

Anyone who who has been involved with companies who manufacture goods knows that some customers quite often ask a manufacturer to tweak a product to their specifications. These are called "options" or special features."

Manufacturers make the adjustments to adhere to customers specs, and once the Supplier Quality Assurance engineer inspects the adjusted product, the product is then recorded as revenue and shipped.
