Was that ever brought up in any of the court cases?

Both Rod Allen and Louis Lesser had control of the shell on different occasions prior to 2005. Did they ever issue any stock and feed it into the market?

or in any of the SEC filings?

What correlation does Rod Allen or Louis Lessor have to do with the 550 million FTD's

Didn't CPA Pamela J Thompson forge Louis Lessor's name on the 41 certs?
