Yep. You said what I am thinking. Thanks! Because of the size of TPG, I can see them being invited into the Good Ole Boys network if they let this one go.

I just hope TPG has enough anger from the "debacle-theft" to push them past any side-bar agreements that would stifle the common shareholders.

If we did not have such a strong case, great attorneys, judge, etc, I would be FAR more concerned, but since things appear to be moving in our favor, I don't think TPG will participate in a side-bar agreement.

Additionally, TPG, like many others here, stand to make a crap-load of cash from this if it plays out the way we believe it will. I believe (not know) that TPG is with us.
