I find it more likely that the company would do a 1:5 R/S and put the share price around 2.00 a share. Then the company could buy back large chunks of the shares being sold on weakness(if needed) to keep the price above $2. But as you have already stated, there would not likely be large amounts of selling due to limited number of holders. If people want to sell their shares cheap on a R/S, I say bring it on, I want those shares.
