interesting. and surprisingly i have had two independant CPA's review the filings for fy07, fy08 and the first three quarters of fy09. one of those individuals is currently an auditor and the other began as an auditor and has subsequently held both senior anylyst and controller positions.
while both had their own thoughts on certain matters of syntax, both agreed, independantly, that they were overall impressed enough to invest after their discovery periods.
neither found any fundamentally material facts subjective in the least.
Now, i will admit, that i did not directly question them about their thoughts on any GAAP compliance measures.
Question then: since you believe that you have identified certain breaches with regard to SPNG's reporting policies as it pertains to GAAP, can you please point them out to me such that i can review them with my sources. If they have somehow overlooked them... or if you have a particular and alternative interpretation of specific entries that i can discuss with them, then certainly, i would appreciate that information.
