Vendor will provide (1) Hach Ultra particle counter with the following requirements: Technical Requirements for Particle Counters (PQAS-E): • Bench-top particle counters capable of individual sampling. Particle Counters shall not be “in-line” models. • Particle Counters shall be compatible (ie tubing, pump) with Jet Fuel and Diesel Fuel. • Particle Counters shall be calibrated to ISO 11171 • Sample Size Requirements: Not greater than 100mls • Particle Range Distribution: minimum of 6 reporting channels • Ability to transmit results via RS232 port • Instrument operation: Instrument shall not be operated via Windows-based Computer • Test Time (Cycle): Not greater than 10 minutes • Space Requirements: Shall not be greater than 600mm x 600mm x 600mm • Weight: Shall not greater than 35 lbs • Power Requirements: Shall be 120V/60Hz with standard US plug • Shall not use compressed gas cylinders for operation The particle counter shall be delivered to the government no later than 16 June 2009. It shall be shipped to the government FOB Destination. Expedited delivery is acceptable at no additional cost to the government.
