No, the company that did their "audit" lost its license, and no audit has been performed since. No audit.

The TA is gagged. No OS.

No fundamentals. Unless you believe. And you've got to believe HARD to believe that this company's numbers are accurate. Otherwise, why hasn't management bought it out already and taken it private? They must be world-class stupid not to take advantage of this obvious market error, despite their best efforts to PR the PPS up. Oh, I know they SAY they're buying the stock, but if that were true, they wouldn't be advertising the fact. I can't believe anybody would be that stupid. If they'd just shut off the PR machine, they could buy this thing for a song. But they don't want to buy it. They want to sell as much stock as possible. Obvious. If this deal was anywhere near as good as it's supposed to be, it wouldn't exist.

It's a scam, IMO. Too good to be true by miles.
