They SAID they bought Dicon with cash, and they didn't say where the cash came from, as if the huge AS increases are not a strong hint. In a PR/filing with a disclaimer. That means they really didn't say anything fit to believe. So far it's just PR. Noise. Best ignored, IMO.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
