Not sure, when is the decision, I still have a serving from $14 i have not cashed in yet, waiting for that possible decision. CHart wise it is simply a rebound from the low and could end anywhere within that bad black candle from 8/19. OBV and money flow still in stink range, thus after this ramp, NLBNL maybe back in force, unless we get an "event".
