They also claimed to be sponsoring the Home Run Derby at the all-star game, and claim to have advertising banners in Yankee Stadium and busch Stadium, and claim to be advertising on ESPN, and claim to be in Walgreen's and CVS, etc, etc, etc...

When the heck are they going to stand by these claims?
