we agree on that... therefore we can rule out SPNG and their officers... they have some dough... just paid 4.5 mm bucks for an acquisition... proves they have quite a bit of cash...

oh yeah... and the best part...lol... no dilution to it... they actually had the cash without selling shares... how about that?
