Right on, sage. When the permit application is filed, we will know the details of the project. I met with the management team. They are sharp, strong-willed, determined and connected.

They know a lot more about this than a local real estate agent with half of downtown Berlin up for sale.

I also hold a fairly large number of shares (for a college kid, anyway) but also know that I have 40+ years of well-paying work ahead of me.

I believe I will be very happy with my investment choice here, but if something doesn't go through, no big deal. I more or less want the project to move forward so that hard-working, industrial skilled workers can have a chance at working their trade in their hometown, my father included.
