I was doing a little research on the reg sho. Where do i find that spng is on the list.

Also if I understand this right, SPNG can be taken off the list at any time if the shorts cover the required amount. If SPNG is not taken off the list after 13 days then all FTD's have to be covered at once. Do I have this right?
