I read your message about esmart and note that you have been monitoring the company's activities for a few years. I also reviewed the esmart website and have a few questions. First, setting up the smartcard network in Korea or elsewhere appears to be a labor intensive task. If the company has a couple of multimillion dollar contracts in hand and more on the way, why hasn't it hired a significant staff to implement them? Does the company hope to earn revenue by providing the smartcard technology while looking to Samsung and others to handle implementation and servicing issues associated with the network? Second, the SEC proceeding has been lingering for some time and dampening interest in the company's stock. Do you have any idea when it will come to closure and the likely outcome? Third, in light of the multimillion dollar contracts already in hand (and despite the SEC proceeding), I am puzzled that so few trades of stock (sometimes only a few a day) are occurring. Why has the market's response to the company been so tepid? I don't mean to put you on the spot, but if have any insights on these issues I will appreciate your reply. Have a great day!
