I agree, they have the smoking gun and all docs they NEED to win or force a settlement. We totally agree on this.

I am just saying they don't have all docs that were requested and are due to be turned over on 08/01. That is the question that Mehedi was asking. Go back and read his specific post. He asked specifically about the 08/01 docs and if they can be delayed. Your post appeared to say that they have already been collected and turned over to the judge. I am not trying to twist anything. As you are now stating things, I agree 100%. I now see that you went in a different direction than what he was actually asking.
