I am almost positive they will. Either because the amount of time it takes to collect that many docs makes 08/01 not reasonable or because they will state that it goes outside the bounds of what they are supposed to be asking for, etc.

Also, although I have asked several times on this board, nobody has responded. Is 08/01 still even the deadline??? Didn't the judge say that all groups are supposed to get together and present their request together to ease the burden on JPM and not to duplicate requests. If so, that hasn't happened that I have heard of and that in itself will give JPM more time.
