Late notice 10K filed today, they have 15 days to file from due date, if due date is Aug. 31st like many have posted that means we should expect news for AMEX listing than earnings within two weeks. They should announce AMEX listing soon, my guess would be thu or fri before Laborday weekend. Time will tell.
