What if your next door neighbor works for a company that makes walkie talkies?

He brings some home and gives you one to try out.

While trying it out, you really like it and decide to buy stock in the company at his recommendation.

The company crashes and burns, and you lose your investment.

Is it his fault?

Only you are at fault if you ever lose money, I don't care what the scenario is.
