Not 100%. There are different ways to interpret what was said. I don't think anyone can/should be 100%. It's still wise to ask questions. I am totally optimistic and hope for the best. But again, I am not going to think only with $$$ and throw all caution to the wind. What is wrong with that? This site isn't just to say how great WAMU is and how we will all be rich. It is still to share information and ask questions.
