I don't know for sure. But from the way it sounded on that last clip, Mary wants deposition schedules in her hands by Saturday. My best guess is, if they do, they will be shot down. At any rate, it is only a hand full of days before they have to turn them over, and if they ask for an extension now, they may not get it just because of timing.
