I understand what you are saying, but you are referring to them actually handing stuff over. That is not what I am talking about.

What I am saying is come 08/01, they aren't just going to say OK, here is everything you asked for. They are going to use the tactics that Franconeli posted. They can object on a myriad of grounds. So, why not go into Discovery and object like crazy and drag this out as long as they can. Who knows, maybe they get stuff dismissed. But they aren't going to just cave and settle or hand the stuff over. They have a million ways to drag this out without ever handing over a shred of evidence. So yeah, I think they are willing to go that route. As long as they don't actually have to give anything up...STALL STALL STALL. On the supposed settlement talk from the recording from yesterdays court session, the lawyer even refers to JPM stalling as long as possible. This is simply another opportunity to do so. It is not as cut and dry as many are making it out to be.
