Let's start there: "owners of publicly traded companies must act in the best interest of the company and shareholders."
The owners of publically traded companies ARE the shareholders. The "founders" of Zenergy have the great majority of shares - about 500 million - which they received when the company was private.
Everything the company does is in the best interests of THOSE shareholders. My question about "Why the private company chose to go public- NOW" comes from considering the best interests of those shareholders.
So, what's your answer? Why would THEY chose to go public NOW?
Give me a scenario whereby this company could reasonably be successful, and I will be glad to wait for the PR and namechange, ticker, or second coming. Just don't see it now.
