Hi Fed: I suspect that Zeev is getting a few zzz's. True, some of us have "no tolerance for attacks on our soil." It's a difficult thing; perhaps mostly psychological. But this is a bit new to us. Europe and Israel have been dealing with terrorism for decades. And their economies have not fallen apart. To lay the Middle East, "to waste" is a bit much. As for Japan, I think that was a terrible mistake; brought about by our demand for an unconditional surrender. Many options, none putting U.S. troops at harm, were available. But none were chosen. And hundreds of thousands of more innocents died. We remain the only nation to have used atomic weapons. The increasing number of nations developing nuclear weapons and delivery systems may be in response to a fear of us. Alan Greenspan is not an idiot: and his "globalist mantra" is another term for international trade: many would say it's far better than isolationism. When nations trade with each other, and prosper, the desire for war and other bad stuff tends to diminish.
