Mainehikers Idea of getting the party to Dump Kerry and run Dean would make the time frame work if they did it immediately.

I just can't imagine that happening. As I mentioned, I gave the DNC my two cents along time ago... and each time they called me for money, I gave it to them again. I don't see the Dem leadership changing horses at this point in the game.

Kerry was not my first or even second choice among the dem candidates. But I see Kerry as a far better choice than Bush.. hands down... JMO. Bush and the GOP have made pre-emptive strikes as part of their platform. I watched both conventions... my impression of the GOP convention was that they were strongly beating the war drums.
