Pure speculation on my part but very doable...and here's how:

500 million shares outstanding.
$30 million/ month in sales (from july forward)
$6 million month in earning (20% profit margins-minimum)
$72 million profits

72/500= .144 in earnings/share
Give it a PE of 20= $2.88/share

We'll take a slight markup and get bought out by P&G for minimum of $3.
