BK company---"lose" HMF license to buddy who formed corporation one day prior to discussion of said "sale"---lose Nicosan license-who wants to work in Nigeria anyway, it's hot , isn't it?(don't need it anyway, but let's sue peeps in Nigeria for good measure)---lose common shareholders----market some derivative of Nicosan in the U.S. and Europe...
