Zeev- been hurricane-d out, and just back on-line- but I am assuming you have are still thinking another run up into this window (9/7-9/14) and the top is NOT already in here?

Got a call from a friend high up in an insurance company down here. The 'models' just moved from 15%-35% that SoFlorida could get hit (again). Would be absolutely devastating for either Central East or Central West Florida. Also heard Ivan moved faster thru one stretch of Caribbean then any other recorded storm in history (it is another whopper)..
