I know you didnt....the point isnt whether programs can maintain price, afterall their primary purpose is Price maintenance. The Programs are maintenance bets against positions staked out, those background bets are tied to supply and demand. They will try and sustain their underlying intent against all others manifesting themselves. The biggest assumption of all is that they will be able to sustain their role of the last nine months. That is uncertain at this time. There is huge cash available and a dwindling supply of shares....
