not debating about revenue .. debating about the financial i am seeing and ability to stay in business... and the valuation of price per share, that's all.

Again, pps is not solely depending on financial in the short-run, but it the wrong run it seems to. When the market decides to evaulate it based on fundamentals on certain stock then price will adjust to that. Hint, that's why you saw price of many stocks came down hard right before bankrupcty as the market decides to evaulate the company based on fundamental.
