As I was told these shares were sold to me and someone will have to make good on them like it or not. This broker also told me that he could pretty much garantee that CMKX has been shorted out the ying/yang. For anyone who would be interested I have also received my statement from U-Vest which has under Securities Not Yet Received UCAD Ex dvd date is 00/00/00 distribution date is 09/24/04 quantity held 7,500,000 rate .000009 exactly what all this means I don't know, but I am sure that there are some that do.
