Also don't you think with all that mgmt. wants in regard to getting to the naz and all the shares they personally own that they wouldn't lie to us about the share structure at the end of Aug.
I can't see why they would surprise us with bad news about the share count at such a positive growth period.
Many eyes are on spng and I think they want to look as shiny as possible. I think they are telling us the truth.
