Also, his ideology favors theological belief over actions. One's belief matters more than their actions. As long as one believes in 'Christ as Lord and Savior,' they are 'saved,' personal morality notwithstanding. That's why one prominent fundie site, Focus on the Family, is touting the transformation of Berkowitz. It doesn't matter that Berkowitz is a cold blooded serial killer who's complete depravity took the lives of others, he's found salvation. Somehow, I think Stacie Moskowitz's, and the families of other victims would beg to differ..
