Here's another newsflash, Jim Bickel resigned from the BOD of GRXI on 2/19/08, severing all ties that I know of....unless you can provide some valid, current info ?

On February 19, 2008, the Company accepted the resignations of James Bickel as a member of the Board of Directors and Robert McCoy as a member of the Board of Directors effective immediately.
