Simply call and give them a brief rundown. They will kick the tires and see if it's worth a contingency class action. A lot of money poured into the coffers here...it had to go somewhere. You guys do need professional help. Sending crooks a letter ( if that is the case) just means you will get a soft soaped answer. GET HELP.
