IMO, this "loading of the boat" would have been done early this year well before he took over PINR.

This whole ticker change thing is getting a little annoying as Mark has touted it for quite some time and getting the documents in order ARE in his control and should be simple to do.. The current delay which may serve a purpose of frustrating the weak and strengthening consolidation, is also narrowing the effectiveness of future communications, IMO..
