I didn't say you had an option. I didn't say you should object. I didn't say you should do anything to undermine the company if nothing is not approved. I didn't say you should fight it, contest it, debate it or otherwise...I JUST ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION...

I understand one is not given and it is really as simple as that BUT WHY CAN YOU NOT SIMPLY ASK FOR AN EXPLANATION AND REPORT BACK WHAT YOU ARE TOLD...just so that you have something to tell investors if nothing else...

You seem to keep dancing around this and it appears you aren't going to ask for an explanation on behalf of the shareholders so I won't ask again...Thanks anyway, jj

P.S. If this is being an IR, why would anyone want the job, it seems they are not kept that well-informed and are just told what to do and they do it, no questions asked...NO???
