I ran my 4% off bottom rule.
Of the stocks from our Momentum list that have lost value today these two look capable of coming back sometime today: RINO which is 4.8% off its low today, and HEB which is 7,4% off its low today. Keep an eye on them. Ongoing study but I like it.
