Called FINRA yesterday and spoke to the analyst working on our case, and was very surprised with what I was told...

According to them they still need 2 articles from Mark or MTPP attorney
1. List of BOD along with resignations and new assignments
2. ORIGINAL article of Inc, all the way back from 2001
3. List of all share holders

These are 3 SIMPLE items that just need to be notarized and sent in, then we should see the ticker change within 3 days... BUT for some reason these articles are not being turned in, and the volume doesn't match the old theory of "Mark must be waiting for his friends to load". And YES I have informed Mark of this already so he is ON IT!
