I clearly see a very dry channels on Athlon64 3000-3800. Only the 2800 one is in stock in good quantities.

At the same time I see a pretty high stock on Prescotts 2.4-3.2. Only 3.4 and 3.6 are constrained.

Do you see the connection with the Intel warning?
