I don't care what Sam Abecassis released . It was false and that was the problems the board was having with Mr. Abecassis and upon his arrest,he on a number of occations do deals and sign contracts with out consulting any one else in the company. Now thats nuts! he was asked to resign and did so on May 29,2009 he agreement was for the purchase of MAC 1 Industies and they were compensated 50 million shares for the company in Miracle Applications common shares.
Now if MAC 1 Acquired Miracle Applications , don't you think there would have been some kind of compensation to Mr Galpern even though does not deserve a dime. He never did anything wrong to hurt investors. I beleave that his motive was to make some money , But I know he would not let investors get hurt. I beleave in all my heart that Galpern has no intentions of ever hurting investors in MIRA !!!! if not all of this nonsense started with Anothy Mellone and his conning ways. I have really not seen that hear. There has been very little cash raised ,the float is tight and it does not look to me as a company that can really expolde one day. It would be nice for share holders or not bashers to stop tring to bring negitivity in to this company if he is in the background looking for companys to venture with.Maybe we will make some cash . I am a Betting Woman
