They need to make sure they don't become de-listed. so it would not be in their best interest to R/S and then dump shares. that is a scammers trick. This company has too much to lose by getting a bad name. my guess is that they will add to the O/S sometime after a R/S. but it would months maybe years. I will depend on the need to rasise capital. don't get me wrond a R/S is never good for current share holders. De-listed is worse. so what needs to happen is that we get the word out and the float is held by longs. you can see that some banks are already on board. They get to vote too. without 5-6 million in volume daily the stock price will not go up. It has to get above$1.00 and stay there. my gut feeling is that will NOT happen before the vote. tomorrow will tell what the longs are feeling.
