Hi krazykat, my speculation is more people decide to buy or hold on one day and sell on the other.

"Does anyone have any idea why the volume is so drastically different from day to day? On Friday we had great volume, but today is the complete opposite. As we've had no news on either day, I'm wondering why one day can be so different from another."
