I initially tried to track DeMarco Energy Systems, which turned out to be a subsidiary of Energy Vision International. It's now a shell company trading under Eagle Ventures INTL (EGVIQ.PK).

I moved on to Victor DeMarco, and found that he was named the Chief Technical Officer for Encore Energy Systems (November 2007):
