I agree dont-snow-me...This will be a very important step in the company's forward progress but many here have spoken directly to the CEO and obtained confirmation from pink sheets that the update has been paid for and is "in progress". JD has made the right decision to hold off on these filings IMO in order to demonstrate a dramatic improvement in business from 2008 to the first quarter of 2009 and beyond. If he had updated pinksheets for just 2008 it would not have be a true reflection of our potential as a viable company IMO.
