Mr. Luiten and Mr. Mannsfeld were likely friends as both served on the Mobile Alabama Chamber of Commerce for years. When Mr. Mannsfeld discovered the theft of his idea in 2004 by INEOS Phenol, he must have contacted Mr. Luiten about it. A lawsuit was finally filed in 2006. Within a few days of the filing of the lawsuit Mr. Luiten formed Zenergy International, Inc as a Nevada corporation and contracted with Blue Diamond (BLDV) while records indicate he was still employed with INEOS. Those are facts.

Did Mr. Luiten quit because he knew his company was wrong in opposing Mr. Mannsfeld? OR, was Mr. Luiten asked to leave because of some involvement he had in the theft? Timing between suit and termination, which ended a promising 13-year career with INEOS, makes it very likely it was one of the two. Either way, contacts and influence with INEOS would have been lost and not now available to Zenergy. This would seem to counter speculation about deep pockets and contacts from INEOS available to Zenergy. It is also unexplained how Mr. Luiten could have started Zenergy and contracted with Blue Diamond while still working for INEOS.

SUPPORT NOTES:

Sven Peter Mannsfeld of Mobile owns a chemical plant south of Mobile in the Theodore Industrial Park, next to the plant that's now called Evonik-Degussa.

July 14, 2006, civil lawsuit filed against INEOS Phenol. Among other things, The suit claimed that INEOS tried to falsely patent the idea using false inventors. This ploy must have been clear to INEOS management early in the suit.

Aug 3, 2006, A PR from Blue Diamond Ventures BLDV is released.

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 03, 2006 -- Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: BLDV) announced today that Robert Luiten, a former chief operating officer and vice president of a division of one of the largest ethanol producing companies in Europe and the world's third largest chemical company, with sales of about EUR 33 billion, has joined the company in a consulting capacity and will assist in developing the company's biofuels trading division.
"I very much look forward to providing my expertise and serving as a biofuels trading partner with Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., until the company begins its own production," said Luiten, now CEO of Zenergy International, and formerly chief operating officer of INEOS Phenol, a division of INEOS Americas LLC.

Mobile County Circuit Judge Robert Smith last week upheld the verdict, which came in October against Ineos Americas LLC and Germany-based Ineos Phenol. The $192 million was awarded for compensatory damages that extend into the future.
