DYXC is not a shell company. Dont care what the ibox says. A shell company with no significant business does not go to Expositions and have business around the globe. My opinion is the same. DiaSys Corp is coming back through the new UK owners and is probably in the process of readying itself to become a fulling reporting company again. Someone knows this and started buying the stock. They didn't expect it would skyrocket and come up on radars making them pay even more for it. Maybe someone getting ready for the Expo this month is aware of this fact. Maybe someone is buying up shares that knows this. Thought they would sneak in. HAHaaaa Think again. Easy .05 next week during Expo. Not suprized if news is released after that. I will change my mind when I see the evidence.
