Here is one to look for: Abbott (ABT) - Despite recent threats to lose revenue from generic drugs, it has a new diagnostic methodology (not really that new: PCR and mass spectrometry are old technologies, but they were able to combine the two for same-day diagnosis, as opposed to older pathogen diagnosis that would take days or weeks - They intend to apply this to a wide range of pathogens, including H1N1, sepsis, foods, and possibly cancer detection)
