Mr. Luiten was the COO of the division in the LAWSUIT, so do you think he was involved or even knew about the FRAUD??? Due to the fact that he was the COO IT HAPPENED RIGHT UNDER HIS WATCH, he was the responsible party. So yes Luiten was involved in the lawsuit.

Why do you think he left??? Timing of the LAWSUIT and his subsequent DEPARTURE seems a little FISHY to me..

BOTTOM LINE - QUESTIONABLE ETHICS/CHARACTER, ETC ON THE PART OF LUITEN, imo.
