Sure, I'll grant you that, but compared to democrats, you could never convince me that Republicans are more divided. The nature of the Democratic party is division and diversity. Again, that's the primary principal/strategy of the democratic party, to combine the collective power of the many small minorities into one. These groups are so diverse that it's hard to imagine them sharing a common agenda, but realizing their power is in numbers, they warmly open their arms to each other in spirit but not in ideology.
