Expo Holdings, Inc. Issues Clarifying Statement

NORTH WILKESBORO, NC, Jul 17, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Expo Holdings, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: EXPH) and its wholly owned subsidiary D&D Displays, Inc., issues
clarifying statement.

The following statement is issued to clarify the statement released on July 16,
2009 titled "Expo Holdings Inc. Prepares for Large Scale Production."

The company is pleased to announce it is preparing for the production of over
10,000 store fixtures for use by one of the world's largest retailers. This
release is not related to recent releases concerning Lowe's Inc. This is a new
customer for Expo and we are pleased to serve them. These fixtures will be used
in conjunction with store level remodeling and remerchandising efforts and will
be utilized in nearly all 50 states. Production should begin mid to late August.
